*And a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to metro-DC-area clinician, practice founder and co-director, educator, advocate, and author Julie Bindeman, Psy.D., who guided us in discussion about the 2024 book she edited:  The Mental Health Clinician’s Handbook for Abortion Care.  Dr. Julie Bindeman is a highly regarded expert in the field of all-things related to reproductive mental health -- and we were incredibly honored and lucky to have her share her insights, expertise, and time with us about this incredibly important topic. Many thanks to Dr. Bindeman for the generosity, expertise, passion, and insightful reflections she shared with us.

FYI:  Our next meeting with take place on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 from 9:30-11am.
  This meeting will feature a presentation about the use of Brainspotting with perinatal trauma, by longtime study group member Caroline Artley, LCSW-C (MD), LISW-CP (SC), CCTP-II.
