This Study Group was established in November 2015, to provide a forum for connection and professional growth for local perinatal mental health providers, as well as others invested in the improvement of service options and outcomes for Baltimore-area families experiencing perinatal mental health distress.  The Study Group provides a unique opportunity for multi-disciplinary professional connection and development regarding work with pregnant and postpartum people and their families.

Baltimore Perinatal Mental Health Professional Study Group (PMHPSG) meetings are held approximately 4 times per year.  Participants are asked to share topic-relevant content with the group prior to meetings, via our sharing platform -- in order to help facilitate informed and thoughtful discussions!  Each meeting includes discussion of the topic-specific content shared by group participants, and of participants' direct clinical work with families experiencing perinatal mental health distress.  Each meeting also provides an opportunity to network, share ideas/ resources, explore collaborative projects, and more.  Meetings are typically organized and led by Sara Daly, LCSW-C;  although input from participants is requested and always welcome!

PLEASE NOTE:   **WE ARE CURRENTLY HOLDING MEETINGS VIA ZOOM PLATFORM ONLY**
