And a very special **THANK YOU** to Dr. Sam Duflo, PT, DPT, PRPC, RRCA -- local practitioner, author, entrepreneur, and advocate -- for speaking to our group about her book Pelvic Prep School:  A Guide to Preparing Your Pelvis For Each Stage of Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond.  We appreciate your time, expertise, and candor in speaking about this very important topic -- and how pelvic health connects with perinatal mental health in direct and indirect ways. 

FYI - Details for our next meeting are in the planning-stages now!  Keep an eye out for future announcements to the google group about Fall 2025 meeting dates (expected in September and November 2025).
